For those of you that don’t know, I personally work 9 to 5 in an office 👨🏾💻…and one thing you’ll find out from working in a big office is…how many people absolutely DESPISE the gym 🚫 lol, they view it as almost a punishment or an unbearable chore.
Do you hate the Gym?
You’d be amazed at how many people, look/sound so sad for me when they ask me, “what am i doing after work”…and i say…I’m going to the gym”…😅💯
The gym doesn’t have to be a chore!
…if you actually take the time to find a routine that you can actually manage…in regards to difficulty and your weekly schedule…aka if you havent got the time to train 6 days a week…DON’T lol.
Find a 3 or 4 day routine that you can do consistently and you will see progress.
You also do NOT need to be in there hours upon hours
45-60 mins, is fine and then as you progress you can spend longer in there if you like. Personally its 90mins max for me!
