Customised Training Routine

A personalised training program will be created for you to follow based off your personal needs and equipment you have available. Upon payment you will receive a fitness questionnaire for you to complete, so the routine can be created to suit you and help you achieve your desired fitness goal!

  • This will include sets, reps, and rest periods for each exercise.
  • Printable workouts with space to log your progress weekly
  • A cardio program (if required)
The personalised routine would need to be followed for ideally at least 8-12 weeks. Also note this does not include a nutrition plan.

Having a custom-built training program will allow you to focus on improve your body and achieve your unique fitness goals. To begin you will receive a fitness questionnaire that you must complete to ensure the routine can be created to suit you to achieve your desired fitness goals!
