💬 Neel, 28 – Busy Professional & Weekend Social Butterly 🍽️

When Neel first joined me, his main goal was to drop from 97kg to 85kg and feel more confident in his body. Fast forward, and we’ve smashed that target. Neel's now sitting at just under 81kg and has set a new goal of pushing towards 75kg. Despite a hectic schedule and regular weekends out with mates and family, Neel stayed consistent and focused, which has yielding him great results he can now sustain with ease.

Key improvement areas...

We worked on building better eating habits, especially getting more high-protein meals into his day-to-day routine. Along the way, we tackled fat loss plateaus, strength sticking points, and even helped him shift his mindset around the scale — so he stopped letting the number mess with his head. The scale is just ONE metric, there are many others including; actual visual improvements, how his clothes began fitting better along with his growing confidence.

His cardio fitness level has gone through the roof too, his lifts are also up across the board, and we’ve strengthened a previously weak lower back. Neel’s made huge progress physically and mentally — and we’re not done yet 💪.

His main goal was simple: lose weight, get stronger (especially his legs for runs and bike rides) and finally build some structure he could stick to, even with a hectic lifestyle.

Fast forward, and Chris has now dropped over 24lbs, built solid strength and significantly improved his endurance — all while managing life on the go. We’ve trained through time zone changes 🛫, hotel gyms and his main home gym set up, keeping it consistent no matter where he is.

When Zain came to me, he had suffered a big setback due to injuring his leg, which caused him to gain a fair bit of weight, feel unfit and out of shape. He knew he needed a goal to push him, so we locked in a fitness photoshoot and built a plan to get him looking and feeling his best again

The week of his shoot, he even travelled down to see me in person. We talked about the setbacks he’d faced, the changes he made and how he turned things around to step in front of the camera with confidence.
