The above question is pretty simple to me anddd it is…whenever you have the energy to train and do a good performance🏋 is the BEST time to train…FOR YOU. It may even vary from day to day for you but thats all that matters.
I get too many messages from people asking me what time I train so they can follow my schedule…but this makes NO SENSE and to be honest I’m quite aware that most people cannot manage the crazy late night sessions I sometimes do…BUT I can!
It’s the same way how I personally am not a morning person…so you’ll never see me in the gym at 4/5am, because I’d be dying!!
Find a schedule that works for you and enjoy it. You could train the same time as Arnold Schwarzenegger everyday….that does NOT mean you’ll end up looking like him 😅💯
