WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO WEIGH YOURSELF?

Answering the common fitness question of….When is the BEST time of Day to Weigh Yourself. In the morning, afternoon or at night?

As long as you weight yourself at the same time everyday it makes the results from day-to-day more accurate BUT, I would preferably weigh myself every morning before eating breakfast as your food from the previous day has been digested so it’s like starting from a clean slate.

If you decide to weigh yourself later on in the day just remember that if you don’t have all your meals at the same time everyday this may throw off the results, because certain times when you weigh yourself your food could be digested and other times they may not.
