About Steph Joshi
Steph runs a popular YouTube channel (NuttyFoodieFitness). One thing that sets her apart is her ability to stay lean without obsessing over calorie counting or following a strict workout routine (virtually impossible for most of us).
When people ask her how she stays so fit, Steph is quick to admit that genetics plays a role, but she also stresses that everyone’s body is different and what works for her may not work for someone else. She’s honest about the fact that she doesn’t do much cardio or have a structured gym routine – she just works out when she feels like it.
Interestingly, some of her strongest body parts are the ones she doesn’t even train, like her biceps. She’s not interested in building a ton of muscle, but her genetics seem to have given her some impressive muscle definition anyway!
Overall, NuttyFoodieFitness aims to lead a balanced life without stressing over every calorie or spending hours in the gym every day.
