Let’s first address the elephant in the room…
Yes, I am an online fitness coach, but I want to park that to the side and actually outline the key reasons why people have begun opting for going online, rather than in person coaching.
So for one, most of us don’t live in a world where we have unlimited time, energy or perfect routines.

Personally, I despise “set-meal plans”, I prefer to improve your current diet to be higher protein and lower calorie (if fat loss is a goal). *The only time I’d aim to rework your entire diet, is if you basically live off junk or process foods. In that case, we’d need to teach you how to cook certain meals and get you in the habit of not relying on pre-packages foods.

You get check-ins, progress reviews, training/diet feedback and support that keeps you motivated (especially when life gets hectic).

TIP: Get a coach with a mobile app! The old days of excel sheets are a pain when you’re actually in the gym trying to fill in tiny cells or having to bring a book to then fill in the excel sheets when you get home. Having an app on your phone, make the whole process smoother and less time-consuming and most of all… less annoying.
