My 5 Day Bodybuilding Routine
This Bodybuilding Split is my personal routine that I used to help me shred down to the picture you see above on the right! This split follows a Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower Workout Routine.
If you choose to follow this routine, please ensure you have researched into performing the exercises correctly and safely.
To see the maximum results you will of course need to be following an appropriate diet. My Macros: C: 40% P: 35% F: 25%.
