Hi, I’m TJ and I’m not some 20-something fitness coach living at home with mum & dad with zero commitments and no real-life pressures. I live the same grind as you, balancing work, family, social events and fitness.

As a dad and someone who’s worked the traditional 9-to-5 office job for over a decade, I know first hand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, feeling your energy being sapped and slowly seeing yourself becoming more and more unfit sitting behind a desk.

When you choose to work with me as your online fitness coach, I’ll teach you the systems and principles to achieve lasting results No guesswork, no wasted time – just proven methods to help you become fitter, stronger and overall a more disciplined version of yourself.

I’ve been coaching and helping people get fit for 10+ years, and I’ve helped hundreds of men and women get in shape by using strategies that work in the real world – not “perfect conditions.”
