How you'll see results?
I'm here to teach and show you how to improve your body, but I cannot do the training and cooking for you. This is where you have to decide if you want to really make a change. Once you've made that decision, I'll then help you build a better you...day by day, by making the process simple and sustainable for you to follow.

Yes, for this package you will need a gym membership. However, if you don't have access to a gym, you could opt for the fully personalised workout option where you can list the equipment you have available at home.
A check in is just another term for a full progress review. Using the mobile coaching app you will log your workout sessions, add your progress photos and send me any optional training footage for me to review.
You can instant message me anytime during the 9 weeks in the coaching app but the official 'check ins' are every 3 weeks.
This is where you'll fill in a short online form, so we can aim to go over your progress and make any changes to keep you improving (that being said for the first 2 weeks, I will likely still do some weekly adjustments to the plan, so we can gauge your current strength and fitness level)
Also, if you would like any face to face video check ins, there is an option for this: Single Video Check in
Typically, most people see noticeable results by week 4, whether thats visual progress or physical ability.
Overall, result speed does vary as its based the individual. It comes down to the persons unique starting point and whether they stick to the plan (and of course if you aim to eat a high protein diet).
Ultimately, it really depends on you, I can guide you, motivate you and provide accountability but you'll be the one that has to do the work to see the results, but together we can make this happen.
Of course. If you're happy with your progress and would like to extend your coaching, you can request more weeks to be added to your program. *It must be a minimum of 4 weeks.
