This 12 week ‘Workout Only’ coaching program will be completely customised to help you improve your fitness level (muscle gain, fat loss and/or strength gain). You choose the amount of training days per week you have available and I’ll develop a fitness routine based on your available equipment and the exercises you are able to perform.

Everyone has different starting positions and end goals which is why I will ensure to design a plan just for you based off the detailed questionnaire you will complete upon payment.

90 Day Online Coaching Package [Workout Only]

This 12 week ‘Workout Only’ coaching program will be completely customised to help you improve your fitness level (muscle gain, fat loss and/or strength gain). You choose the amount of training days per week you have available and I’ll develop a fitness routine based on your available equipment and the exercises you are able to perform.

We will also have weekly check ins to ensure you get the best results possible, along with you being able to message me 1:1 any day via a messaging app.

What is a personalised workout program

It is a training program that will be personalised to your needs whether its muscle growth, fat loss, conditioning or strength gain. The workout routine provide via my fitness app will be amended over the course of the 12 weeks to ensure you are continually pushing yourself to the best of your ability. Many people often THINK they are pushing themselves while training but sometimes it takes an experienced third-party to analyse your performance and give you that little extra nudge. You’ll be amazed at how much these small improvements over time really do make the difference.

Who is this coaching plan suited for?

This coaching option is for those whom already have a handle on their nutrition but just need guidance on how to progress in their training to see greater results. So in essence you should already be eating high protein meals and overall consuming enough protein to achieve adequate muscle growth. Based on the stats you submit via the sign up form, I may recommended a protein target you should aim to reach daily (but I will not be reviewing your diet weekly).

Who is this coaching plan NOT suited for?

Someone that is seeking results while currently consuming a poor diet. As the saying goes ‘You cannot out train a BAD diet‘. For example; if your ultimate goal is fat loss but you have no plans to improve your eating habits but are looking for a fitness program to replace you having to address your diet – This plan is not for you.

Nope. If you train at home that is fine, but for the best results you will need to own enough weights for you to be able to progressively lift heavier over time.
Yes! There are no additional payments, this is a one off payment that will give you access to my services and coaching via the fitness app during the 12 week period.
Completely. It's built based on the details you supply in the fitness questionnaire, the more detailed you make it the better.
This plan is for all genders 18 years old and above.
Yes of course. As long as you're willing to put in the time to exercise, thats all that matters.

No, each week I will review your performance and make amendments when needed based the feedback I receive via our check ins. For example; this may involve an increase weight, change of exercises and/or form amendments to make sure you are making progress. *To see measurable progress there does need to be a level of consistency with your routine, so week to week would never consist of a complete brand new workout. However we may implement phases where we may focus on other areas more than others e.g. if there are any weak areas we identify we need to focus on more
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ll create a personalised routine to suit your fitness level and gradually work your way up, setting you on the path to make results.

Please keep that in mind you will need to be completely honest with me during this period in regards to following the training plan provided. If you do slip up and/or miss workouts, I will need you to be 100% honest with me so we can address the problem and develop a better strategy to keep you on track 💪

The programme is working wonders, I’m feeling the strongest I’ve ever been, I struggled with press ups before and I couldn’t get past 5 but I can now do the 17 that’s required. I also feel the fittest I’ve been as I can also do the other navy tests, I can easily do 32 sit ups and my cardio has improved loads I can do the 1.5 mile run in 11 minutes 30 and the pass time is 14 minutes 25 seconds.

I always wanted to change and improve my physique but no matter how many times I tried, I didn't see results.

TJ has 100000% changed my life for the better. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to improve themselves - especially if they struggled like myself. Though my physique has improved a lot, the real progress has been my mental strength and having self belief. This was changed by TJ's truthful bluntness which gave me the confidence to keep staying on track + push for higher weights/reps. Thus, improving my physique.

I also appreciated that TJ didn't ever tell me I need to completely cut out xyz food. Especially when I come from an ethnic background where there's traditional food at my yard often. Instead, practised moderation and making these foods with lower calories by switching out ingredients (mainly oil to spray oil and air fryer).
