Yes, for this package you will need a gym membership. However, if you don't have access to a gym, you could opt for the fully personalised workout option where you can list the equipment you have available at home.

Yes! There are no additional payments. What you pay covers the full 9 weeks.
A check in is just another term for a full progress review. Using the mobile coaching app you will log your workout sessions, add your progress photos and send me any optional training footage for me to review.
You can instant message me anytime during the 9 weeks in the coaching app but the official 'check ins' are every 3 weeks.
This is where you'll fill in a short online form, so we can aim to go over your progress and make any changes to keep you improving (that being said for the first 2 weeks, I will likely still do some weekly adjustments to the plan, so we can gauge your current strength and fitness level) Also, if you would like any face to face video check ins, there is an option for this: Single Video Check in
Typically, most people see noticeable results by week 4, whether thats visual progress or physical ability.

Overall, result speed does vary as its based the individual. It comes down to the persons unique starting point and whether they stick to the plan (and of course if you aim to eat a high protein diet).
Of course. If you're happy with your progress and would like to extend your coaching, you can request more weeks to be added to your program.

This training program is for those that want to make sure they are not wasting hours in the gym to gain little progress. It’s for those of you that want all the guesswork taken out to ensure you’re following a solid training program to gain results.

So, if you’re ready to start your fitness journey with a simple, effective and affordable approach, this program is for you! Let’s build a strong foundation together.

*To maximise your results, you should (begin if you haven’t already) consuming a high protein diet to help fuel your muscle growth. Based on the stats you submit via the sign up form, I may recommended a protein target you should aim to reach daily (but I will not be reviewing your diet in-depth).

Who is this coaching plan NOT suited for?

Someone expecting to look like ‘THE ROCK’ after completing this 9 week program! This plan will help you definitely see improvements in your strength, fitness level and muscle mass (especially if you eat well too) but it can’t warp years of training into around 60 days, with that said, depending on your starting point and diet, most typically begin to notice improvements around the 4 week marker.

So if you’re someone that is willing to work hard towards your goal then I’m positive I’ll be a good match to help you succeed!
