If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you must NOT use my services. The information given is not a substitute for professional or personal medical care and diagnosis, therefore none of the training/information, should be performed or otherwise used without approval from your physician or health care provider first. TJ is not a medical professional; if you have chosen not to obtain a physician’s permission prior to beginning a program with TJ then you are doing so at your own risk.

You understand that any exercises performed in this plan exercise may be a risk to your physical health and safety if not performed properly and with any dietary or exercise program there is also risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can cause injuries and it is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your specified program, especially if they are performed with incorrect/improper form. If you wish to purchase a plan or take advice from TJ you must be aware that it involves a risk of injury or illness. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. Anyone with any current or pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses should not partake in any of the services available by TJ. It is to be made clear TJ is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using ANY products or services from TJ.

You hereby agree to hold TJ, together with all its related entities, harmless for any action, suit, claim, loss, injury, or damage arising from any and all injuries sustained arising out of your subscription.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You have followed the coaching plan as provided, including workouts, nutrition guidance and check-ins.
  2. You have submitted check-ins on time each week and communicated any struggles so I could help adjust the plan.
  3. You have consistently implemented the strategies given for at least 8 weeks.
  4. You have not seen any measurable progress in fat loss, muscle gain, strength or fitness performance, as determined by check-in data and progress tracking.

How to Request a Refund

  • If you meet the above criteria and believe the coaching has not worked for you, you can email me to request a refund via email within 7 days of completing the program.
  • You must provide evidence of compliance, including workout logs, check-in reports and food tracking (if applicable).

Exclusions

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not follow the plan consistently or skipped workouts/nutritional recommendations.
  • You missed multiple check-ins or did not communicate challenges when they arose.
  • You quit the program early before giving it the full commitment period.
  • Any service outside of the 1:1 online coaching.
