When Neel first joined me, his main goal was to drop from 97kg to 85kg and feel more confident in his body. Fast forward, and we’ve smashed that target. Neel's now sitting at just under 81kg and has set a new goal of pushing towards 75kg. Despite a hectic schedule and regular weekends out with mates and family, Neel stayed consistent and focused, which has yielding him great results he can now sustain with ease.
We worked on building better eating habits, especially getting more high-protein meals into his day-to-day routine. Along the way, we tackled fat loss plateaus, strength sticking points, and even helped him shift his mindset around the scale — so he stopped letting the number mess with his head. The scale is just ONE metric, there are many others including; actual visual improvements, how his clothes began fitting better along with his growing confidence.
