What else will you need?

  • A digital body scale to track your weight – Try this one
  • A digital food scale to track your some of your portions – Try this one

Other recommendations

  • If possible, if you don’t already own one, I would invest in a FitBit or some form of wrist step tracker.
    It doesn’t need to be an expensive one, be just need one that tracks you daily steps.
  • If you struggle with sleep, me and many of my clients have found success using CBD – I use this one
  • Protein or any supplements – Myprotein is the brand I use, I’d recommend the Vimto Clear Flavour
