Thanks for purchasing a customised routine. Please answer the below questions so I can begin to put together a personalised routine for you.

Please choose an amount you believe you will be able to actually sustain consistently
If you selected home gym, please comment in the box down below, all the equipment you have
e.g. Sports, daily walks or a job that requires long bouts of walking etc.
e.g. any muscle groups, endurance or just overall fitness
e.g. if you train at home, please list all equipment and the max weight plates/dumbbells/benches you have.
