What to expect from our call

I know you're busy so our call won't be long, it's just for us to;

- Simply pinpoint your main struggle points with fitness
- What is actually stopping you from overcoming them
- ...And lastly what is your ideal goal you would like to achieve in the next 4-6 months.

WHAT'S Next?

A confirmation email with all the details should have been sent to you (please check junk mail). Also, within the email there will be the option to add the meeting to your calendar, so you'll reminded come closer to the date.

Step 2: Fill in the Questionnaire

The next step is simply complete the short questionaire below, if you haven't done so already.

Step 3: Get ready for our Zoom Call

As we will be using 'Zoom', please be ready a few minutes prior to ensure you're ready to start on time. If you haven't used Zoom before you may need to approve settings for Zoom to use your camera and mic. Here's Zoom
(don't worry you can use their website or App without actually signing up for an account).
Finally, the link to our online 'meeting room' will be in your confirmation email.


Step 4: The Easy Part

Just be yourself, list off any issues you find you are currently having.
- An idea of what your end goal looks like
- Why you feel you may need coaching to help to get there
