What is a Online Accountability Partner?
In simple terms, an accountability partner (also known as an accountability coach) is someone who has your back when it comes to sticking to your goals. I’m here to help you stay consistent, keep you motivated, and make sure you don’t throw in the towel when things get tough. I’ll be checking in with you regularly, giving you guidance and encouragement to keep you on track and moving forward.
Most of us already have an idea of what we need to do – but let’s be real, sometimes we just need that little push to actually get it done. You’d be surprised how much progress you can make when you know someone’s there, keeping an eye on things and rooting for you to succeed.
Who is an Accountability Coach suited for?
This service is perfect for those who already know what they need to do when it comes to their training and nutrition but just need that extra push to stay consistent. If you’re finding it hard to stay motivated or keep yourself on track, having someone in your corner to hold you accountable can make all the difference.
In short, you’ve got the know-how, but you need that nudge to keep going and make progress. Based on the information you provide in the sign-up form, I might give you some general recommendations, like a daily protein target or step goal. However, keep in mind this isn’t a service for in-depth training or diet reviews each week, it’s all about helping you stick to the habits and tasks you’ve set for yourself.

What I expect from you?
- Commitment Mindset – I know staying consistent can be tough, and that’s exactly why I’m here – to help you build better habits and keep you on track as your accountability coach. But… I need you to meet me halfway. Be in a space where you’re willing to put in the effort and genuinely try to stick to the goals you’ve set for yourself.
- Be Open and Honest – I am here to help, not judge. So please be willing to let me know if you need extra help when you have or feel like you’re about to slip back into your old ways
- Keep on track of logging your habits – This one’s key. Make sure you’re consistently logging your habits in the coaching app. It’s the best way for us to spot patterns, identify where you might be slipping up, and make adjustments to keep you moving forward.
